Arrival window
We will arrive within the 1 hour arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we'll call.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.
Estimated Time
Our pricing reflects typical levels of cleanliness and the amount of time required to complete your cleaning. If our team is unable to complete all work in the time estimated, you may choose between adding additional time at our standard hourly rate ($40) or prioritizing the remaining tasks with any spare time available.
A pre-authorization will be placed on your card the evening before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly.
