How do I create a Launch 27 Account?

Navigate to elevatedcleaningsolutions.launch27.com to create your Launch27 account. You may also download the Launch27 app on iPhone or Android, select Elevated Cleaning Solutions as your provider, and then create a new account. Creating an account on mobile will allow access on your computer and vice versa.

Do you service my area?

If you’ve found our site, it’s likely we service your area as a result of our advertising strategy which targets only our service area in Oklahoma City.

Currently, we service the entire Oklahoma City area, including all surrounding suburbs, such as:

We’ve tested and designed a cleaning system that results in a superior home cleaning experience. Our cleaners will arrive with everything needed to complete your booking.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate additional or unusual cleaning requests (with some restrictions) at our hourly rate. Simply click “Additional Hourly Cleaning” in the add-ons section of the booking form and estimate the number of hours your job will take. We’ll adjust your hours based on actual completion time.

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my password?

By logging into your Launch27 account, you will be able to edit all details of your customer profile and active bookings, including creating new bookings

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your Launch27 account at elevatedcleaningsolutions.launch27.com and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Prior to hire, each of our OKC cleaners undergoes a rigorous identity verification and background check process. We also perform pre-employment and random routine drug testing on each cleaner.

As part of our hiring process, we complete in-person interview right here in Edmond. As we interview potential candidates we select those candidates who have revealed themselves to be trustworthy, engaging, and customer-service oriented cleaning professionals.

We want to ensure we provide Oklahoma City with the very best professional housekeepers!

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment? Do you have a guarantee?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything about your cleaning doesn’t meet your expectations, please call us at (800) 674-8405.

We’re happy to send a cleaner back out to clean areas that have been overlooked or for additional services.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely! We’ve paired with two companies to ensure your billing is secure:

Stripe handles all of our payment processing, and is now the leading online payment processor based on their exceptional security practices. Stripe uses advanced encryption to ensure your payment is processed safely.

Launch27 manages the booking form, scheduling software, and mobile apps. They are a proven booking management service, which provides a secure environment through encryption technology (SSL certificates).

Additionally, we’ve worked hard on our own security by using SSL certificates and encryption technology. We’ve also partnered with McAfee to audit and monitor our security systems and achieved the “McAfee Secure” rating.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, we perform rigorous screening on each candidate during the hiring process, including identity verification and background checks. We use a background check service that provides a premium screening option that identifies any crimes committed throughout the country. A national screening is performed, followed by checks directly with Oklahoma City and surrounding city courts, Oklahoma county courts and surrounding courts in areas of previous residence, and through the state of Oklahoma.

Any previous criminal records, aside from a small number of traffic citations, are an immediate disqualification.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and strive to ensure you are happy with your service.

In most cases, we will return to service your home to your expectations.

In extremely limited circumstances we will provide a partial or full refund if our cleaners aren’t able to meet your expectations. Honestly, that is a rare circumstance, as our cleaners do an excellent job and take pride in their work.

Are you licensed? Bonded? Insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed through the state of Oklahoma, bonded, and fully insured.

We are bonded with a surety bond for employee theft or misconduct with a $50,000 bond. We also carry a comprehensive liability insurance package with $1,000,000 in coverage per event. We are also fully committed to operating safely and responsibly.

I heard you are Google Guaranteed and Home Advisor approved. What is that?

Yes, we have been Google Guaranteed and carry the Home Advisor seal of approval. Google conducted extensive background check on both our business entity and the owners, verified our insurance, licensing, and bonding, and now back us with a $2,000 money back guarantee if you purchase through the local services program.
